Morrison was briefly sent out on loan to Mexican side Atlas before leaving Serie A for Sweden to play for Ostersund, which is where Chelsea boss Graham Potter initially built his reputation as a manager. There, he made four appearances for Lazio across four seasons. Since the, he's gone on to feature for the likes of West Ham United, where he spent most of his time out on loan at second-tier clubs Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers and Cardiff City, before moving to Rome in 2015. He's turned out for the same amount of teams as the number of years that have gone by since making his professional debut with the Red Devils in 2010 (13) However, Morrison now faces an uncertain future at club level, much like throughout his 13-year career.
